Our 4-step roof coating process includes:
Inspect: We carefully inspect the entire surface of your roof and identify and repair any leaks, rust, or other problem areas.
Clean: We use professional pressure washing equipment to thoroughly clean the roof surface of all dust, dirt and debris.
Prime and Seal: We apply a rust-inhibitive primer on any rust-affected areas and seal all seams, screws, laps, skylights, vents and any other penetrations. We apply a base coat, T272 polyester fabric, and a seal coat to ensure the roof is solid and water-tight.
Restore: We apply two coats of patented elastomeric cool roof coating over the entire roof in the thickness appropriate for the roof type.
