Quinn CAT is a successful and growing provider of heavy equipment sales, rentals, and services across Central and Southern California. In 2025, SSB completed a comprehensive renovation of the Quinn CAT Salinas location, resulting in a modern, functional space designed to enhance the experience for both customers and staff.

This project included 55,785 SF of office remodel in the main building with a new showroom, as well as a 7,000 SF office remodel in the Quinn Rental Service building and a new 6,000 SF parts warehouse building.

SSB crews also replaced siding of the existing service shop, storage building, and Quinn Rental Service building, and installed a new roof on the QRS building. Approximately 100,000 SF of concrete was also replaced, with added underground storm drain systems for improved flood protection.

To preserve a part of the site’s legacy, bricks from an existing historic fireplace were salvaged and reinstalled in a newly constructed chimney in the main office building.

The remodel included indoor and outdoor spaces, with new fire and security alarm systems, a new outdoor employee break area, colored concrete walkways, new site approaches, new site landscaping, and ornamental fencing and gates.
